Research Project Management - Western Research - Western University
Western Research offers centralized research project management to support funded research initiatives across Western. Our team of experienced project management professionals provide expertise in managing complex research projects and portfolios.
Institutional Research Project Managers are assigned to individual funded projects, offering tailored, project-specific support that aligns with the unique requirements of each initiative. This specialized service extends beyond the standard administrative and operational support typically available within central units, faculties, or departments.
Decision Tool for Determining Where External Grants and Contracts Are Held - Western Research - Western University
This tool is intended to be used early in the external grant or contract development process, ideally prior to submission, to help researchers determine where funding should be held. This determination is based on identifying the institution that represents the primary centre of activity, responsibility, and risk for the research.
