ATTENTION ALL DEPARTMENT OF MEDICINE UNDERGRADUATES, RESIDENTS, FELLOWS, GRADUATE STUDENTS AND FACULTY MEMBERS Department of Medicine Resident Research Day 2024

This year's Resident Research Day will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024. Abstract submission deadline date is Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Abstracts will be reviewed after the submission deadline date. Further details of the event day will be shared to your uwo.ca email account as they unfold. Any questions may be directed to POEMadmin@lhsc.on.ca.

For those individuals submitting an abstract, the online abstract submission form will be available on Monday, February 5, 2024. The deadline for receipt of abstracts is Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 11:59 pm EST. Guidelines for submitting an abstract: The abstract must be submitted online and no more than 250 words. Those individuals who had an assigned research elective are encouraged to submit an abstract of their accomplishments. All abstract submissions are accepted and assigned poster space. Nine abstracts will be selected to give an oral presentation. Faculty member abstracts will be assigned display only poster space. If you are waiting for your data, you should still submit your abstract before the deadline. Note oral and poster presentations will be judged on the content you provide on the day of the event. An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive an email at the email address you provided on the abstract submission form, please contact POEMadmin@lhsc.on.ca right away.
