Resident Research Project List

The purpose of the Resident Research Project List is to provide DOM Internal Medicine Residents with potential research project opportunities. The results of their research may be presented at the Department of Medicine’s annual Resident Research Day.

Process:

• POEM will send out an email twice per year (Nov 1 and May 1) requesting faculty to submit projects suitable for residents using the secure Microsoft 365 online form provided.
• Faculty complete the form with their project summary by the specified deadline (Dec 1 and June 1). The form should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Multiple projects can be submitted.
• After the deadline, the project information will be collected and shared with the residents.
• Residents will contact faculty by email if they are interested in a project.
