The POEM Statistician and Statistical Analyst’s assist with research projects in any of the following capacities:
  • Pre-Award: advises on appropriate statistical analysis for protocol development (sample size calculation, data analysis plan), data collection form (DCF)/case report form (CRF), or survey design.
  • Post-Award: advises on data cleaning or management, performs data analysis, and interprets results.
  • Knowledge Mobilization (KM): advises on the articulation of project results and contributes to presentation materials, including publications.
